Hello! I am interested in applying but I have a few questions.
Can I illustrate any of the NG characters mentioned on the Docs freely or there are restrictions? Can the characters be drawn together or must be separated? :)

I suppose you are meaning to the fact there is almost no people trying to joining this project, but, if that's the problem, maybe you can try to write to Fulp and see if he can give it a bit more of publicity. I mean, an event like this is really importand to the website, and might attract new users, or members who left the website to come back here. So as the owner of the whole place he might be interested in a opportunity like this one.
Apart something importand like this, needs a lot of work and collaboration between all the type of artists you can find, so the sooner one starts, the better.
Try writing to him, the worst possible ending is not getting a response, nothing else.

gonna do something, im not very good at anything rn but it'll exist... does anyone really need backgrounds drawn with pencil on paper here????? i can still draw people i guess but not really animals... but i think i'd be able to make songs, or animation i guess
